Mr. Dai Deming, born in October 1962, holds a doctoral degree in economics. He is currently a professor of the Accounting Department of the School of Business of Renmin University of China, a doctoral supervisor. Mr. Dai served as the director of the Accounting Department of the School of Business of Renmin University of China and the vice chairman of Accounting Society of China, and successively served as an independent non-executive director of various companies including China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd., Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. and CSC Financial Co., Ltd., etc. Mr. Dai currently serves as an independent director of Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd., Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ltd., China Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. and BOC Aviation Limited. Mr. Dai has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Re since August 2023.
